LLC TCR, 1 vul. Plodova, Kyiv, 04128, Ukraine. Director: Karyna Kravets. Email: ceo@llctcr.sbs.

Brewed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU guests, the GDPR. We never sell personal data.

Names, positions and contacts of buyers' representatives, delivery addresses, orders, invoices and waybills — to supply coffee, tea and spices and keep accounts.

Organiser's contacts, event address and date, number of guests and menu. If you tell us about guests' food allergies or dietary needs, we use this only to prepare safe food and delete it after the event.

At events and markets you can buy without giving us personal data. Card payments go through the bank; we don't see card numbers.

Taking part in our tastings or surveys is voluntary. Answers are reported to clients only in aggregated or anonymised form. Contact details, if collected for a tasting, are deleted when the study ends.

For advertising clients we keep representatives' contacts, briefs and campaign reports. Ads are planned using aggregated audience statistics — no personal profiles.

Tenants of premises and renters of office equipment: representatives' contacts, agreements, payments and handover acts. Returned devices are wiped before the next rental.
